Annica Hedman-Marshall

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

My passion has always been in fitness.  I grew up in the north of Sweden, played pro basketball and traveled throughout Europe.
I became a Personal Trainer in 1999 as I wanted to help people become more fit so they could enjoy life better.  To be able to reach more people at one time I also became a Group Fitness Instructor.  I found that people are motivated by working out with peers and will push themselves harder. I want to motivate and help people reach their goals and do things they never thought possible. My goal is to stay updated and educated on all the latest information coming into the fitness industry to provide to my clients and classes.I am certified as a Spinning Instructor, Les Mills Body Pump & KFIT (Kettlebell), ACE & ACSM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.I have worked at the YMCA for 6 years now and what I love is that it is a family place, everyone is welcome and we have anything you need to be healthy!
