- The YMCA is collectively the largest provider and promoter of health and fitness programs, active in more than 10,000 communities across the country. Locally, the YMCA of Hagerstown has been a leader in this field since 1921. This can be attributed to the YMCA’s continued commitment to offering high quality, cutting-edge programs and instruction. In an effort to better serve our members, the YMCA offers a year-round aerobics programs. We want you to come and have fun in a safe and healthy environment at your convenience. Start your own program, participate at your own pace, and continue throughout the year. We recommend three to four aerobic activities per week. Child watch is available for most class times.
