Run For Your Life!
This class is designed for all fitness levels, from age 12 and up. If you’re already a runner, this class will help you improve your times, endurance and give you some new workouts. If you are a first time runner, this class will help you learn the proper way to begin your running regimen. This class will also focus on core strength building, which will help in all endurance and cardio activities.
Time will be recorded at the start of the class, so the progress can be measured periodically and at the conclusion of the class.
Young runners will be instructed in proper running technique and form, and how to prevent repetitive motion injuries associated with running.
Program starts on Saturday, March 10th and runs for 6 weeks.
Saturdays at 9:15 am
Fee: 2 participants (parent and 1 child), (2 adults), or (2 children ages 12+)
