Les Mills BODYATTACK coming Sept 4
BODYATTACK™ is the high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to our total addicts and gets you fit for the sport of life. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Mondays – 5:00pm
Wednesdays – 5:30pm
Try it out even earlier with a Master Class during the YMCA Open House on August 24th at 9am. This BODYATTACK Master Class is open to the public.
