Boot Camp Begins March 5, 2018

Are you up for the challenge?  Boot Camp consists of six weeks of high intensity workouts let by fitness instructor and personal trainer, Shawnie Shawyer.

Program Dates: March 5 to April 13 (M-W-F) 6:00 am-7:00 am

Fee: $160 Member – $180 Non-members

Program Includes:  Testing (before and after program), Weigh-ins (1st, 3rd and 6th week), Body Measurements, Before & After Pictures (Optional), T-shirt

All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate.  Get out of your comfort zone.
