Boot Camp Begins September 11th
Are you up for the challenge? Boot Camp consists of six weeks of high intensity workouts let by fitness instructor and personal trainer, Shawnie Shawyer.
Program Dates: September 11- October 20, (M-W-F) 6:00 am-7:00 am

Fee: $155 Member – $180 Non-members
Program Includes: Testing (before and after program), Weigh-ins (1st, 3rd and 6th week), Body Measurements, Before & After Pictures (Optional), T-shirt
