Summer of Fun…Summer of Running!
Join the YMCA Running Group and get into shape, burn off the calories and have a good time. This running group is lead by Michael Rosengart, the auther of the PreHab Exercise Book for Runners. Michael will incorporate a host of dynamic stretches and activation exercises that will help improve your running technique and prevent injuries.
Class times: Monday/Wednesday/Fridat from 7-8p
Class run: Starts June 20th and runs for 8-weeks
Fee: $160 Members/$185 Non-members
Location: Outdoor track – indoors when raining
